RESTORATION

You can contact us any time request information about our
digital restoration. If you want to show us a scan of a photo you want to get
restored, send an email and we will give you the price, wich depends
on how deteriorated the photo is. We accept Paypal and Western Union
and usually ask for a 50% of the total price to start a restoration.

The amount of time to complete a restoration may vary,
but it can be as quick as three days to four weeks for the most
deteriorated photos. However, there is a chance that we
might have to tell you that a photo cannot be restored if we see that
it will take more than four weeks or if we believe it can
be too compromising to work on a picture of someone
whose facial features or patterns in the finished work
will look too different from the original.

We have clients that knows this can happen with photos that are
too damaged and there are parts of the photo that are missing.
In this cases we can always do our best to reconstruct the missing parts
in a more artistic way and the clients trust that at the end it will
look great and finely finished, wich we always achieve. The end
result might look more artistic and we treat the image to look
like a painted portrait instead of a photography. Many
clients find this result very beautiful and they are always
satisfied with the restoration.

We prefer if you send a scan of the image in high resolution,
but you can always send the original that we will scan ourselves.
When the work is ready, the original is returned untouched and
a print of the size you chose will be sent in the same package.

If you wish to have a CD with the file sent to you instead,
that can be arranged but the price of the restoration will change.
